Flowtype And Vim

To use Syntastic with ESLint and Vim, we config Syntastic as below:

let g:syntastic_javascript_checkers = ['eslint', 'flow']
let g:syntastic_javascript_eslint_exe = 'flow'

Furthermore, eslint-plugin-flowtype must be installed in the project.
